Repost! Enjoy!
Walt Disney World and Disneyland are beloved by so many people, obviously. There are Disney goers who travel to the Parks all the time, it’s their vacation of choice, myself included. That being said, even the most seasoned Disney visitor can have certain activities, attractions, or foods that for one reason or another, they’ve never partaken in. Again, myself included! Just like our last round, I did a poll in our Facebook group, TMSM Fan Nation, and asked our members what at a Disney destination that they’ve never done, that most others have. Here’s what they had to say, see if you can relate!
Donna Kellogg Kuehl~ I’ve never done Tower of Terror – and probably never will! lol
Lori Bush Wiebelt~ I have never done/gone into the Hall of Presidents at the MK (isn’t that awful!).
Jessica Harmer Pardee~ Splash Mountain, the one day I wanted to do it, it was closed.
Savanna Koop~ I’ve been going to Disneyland my whole life and had never gone to the Tiki Room until this last July.
Sarah Michael~ A character breakfast!
Samantha Kirkpatrick~ I’ve never been on Dumbo!
Mandie Wade~ Never done the Steamboat! It’s on my list for the next trip!
Stephanie Knight~ I have never been to Club Cool at Epcot.
Emily Duke Jones~ Never seen Illuminations at Epcot. Finally saw Fantasmic last time. Never stayed for the Kiss Goodnight at MK.
Melissa Sharp~ Hoop Dee Do Revue..and we always skip Tom Sawyer Island.
Dana Molloy~ Never been to Tom Sawyer’s island or rode Mission Space.
Debbie Roberts~ Monsters Inc or Astro orbiter.
Leigh Ann Lambert~ Mission Space or Rock N Roller Coaster. MS -no interest RRC -no time last trip.,
And no Drinks Around the World at EPCOT. Wanted to. Even made hubby and I tee shirts, but figured I’d fall asleep half way around the world.
Kristie Ryan~ I hate to admit I have never had a Dole Whip or ridden Carousel of Progress (even when planning on doing them both my last 2 trips). Also we have never sat and watched the fireworks at MK.
Mari Veroneau~ Bought a balloon!
Aaron Harris~ I’ve never have stayed on property at any of the Disney resorts. I have never done Everest. I have never done the food and wine festival. Never have had the dole whip. Need I go on?
Jennifer Lee-Otte~ I’ve also never ridden Prince Charming’s Regal Carousel…b/c who are we kidding…a carousel is a carousel.
Bryan Rose~ Beauty and The Beast Show at Hollywood Studios.
Judy Kern~ NEVER been inside Haunted Mansion! For some reason, I’m still scared!
Holly Balasia~ We’ve never been early enough for rope drop, never had a dole whip or Nutella waffle. We’ve never eaten at the steak house in Canada either.
Stephanie Braddy LaPrath~ Visited with the talking Mickey.
Diane Norcross Prev Worden~ Never done Jungle Cruise & not done Cinderellas Royal Table but it is definitely on our next trip list.
Lisa Birch~ Never done back stage tour… Hopefully next trip as daughter will be old enough. Never had turkey leg (yuck) firework cruises or stay in a monorail resort.
Brent Zukeran~ Never been on Tower of Terror, Rockin Roller Coaster, or California Screamin. I don’t like coasters!
Carolyn Chillemi Crouse~ Lots of things I’ve never done. Tea Cups, Splash Mountain, Tower of Terror, any of the wild coasters, Tom Sawyer Island, MVMCP, Flower and Garden Festival, and the water parks. Keys to the Kingdom is on my bucket list. Waiting for my daughter to be old enough. I could go on and on. There’s so much to do. That’s why we have to keep returning!
Sherry Neufel~ I’ve never been to Cinderella’s Royal Table. Or had a churro. I’m kind of upset about the churro thing – I planned on doing it the last trip, but every time I was near a churro stand, I wasn’t hungry enough. I WILL have a churro when we go to Disneyland in a few weeks!
Our of all the submissions I received, as this is only some, the most common things on the “never done” list were surprisingly~
Dole Whips
Tower of Terror
Astro Orbitor
Characters Meals
Lilly Belle
Country Bear Jamboree
Park Tours
Wishes
Tom Sawyer Island
This series goes to show you that no matter how many times you visit Walt Disney World or the Disneyland Resort, there will always be things to see and do, that you may not have tried before! Thanks to all the Main Streeters who offered me their feedback. Watch for future updates to the series, as it’s always fun to get reader feedback and opinions. If there’s something you haven’t done at Disney, be sure to tell us about it you could be in a future article! Thanks! ~M
