What’s needed ~
Mickey Mouse cookie cutter
Corn tortilla
Salt
Olive oil
Optional toppings: refried beans, sour cream, guac, cheese, olives
Directions
Place corn tortillas onto a cutting board.
Use Mickey Mouse cookie cutter to cut out Mickey shapes.
Lightly brush Mickey-shaped tortillas with olive oil. Sprinkle salt over tortillas.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 6 minutes.
Serve with toppings of your choice, like beans, sour cream, guac, cheese, and olives.
