Disney Research is working on a way to share the fireworks experience with the blind and visually-impaired.

A paper published in Switzerland details a way to let people feel the fireworks.
The system uses water jets that spray onto a screen, which are synced up with the show in the sky.
Researchers call it a low-cost and effective way to share the experience.
