Happy Wednesday! To say it’s been a busy week is an understatement, and it’s not even over yet! This week has been filled with television shows and villains… let me explain!
Last Wednesday we were asked to go to Epcot as media for a taping of ABC’s The Chew. The episode actually aired today, but was taped last week. Chris Colfer from Glee was the special guest! I had never seen how a tv show was put together, and truthfully it was pretty fascinating. And fun. It’s quite a production how they do things, the breaks between takes, how the audience participation is important, etc. It was a really fun time, I’m so thankful ABC invited us to attend. We actually got on TV, we screamed! Speaking of television shows, I had to run out tonight, back to Epcot, but for the taping of Wheel of Fortune! Crazy, right? Actually at the time I’m typing this blog, I haven’t even gone yet, but you know I’ll fill you in for sure. This job is tiring, but what an adventure it’s been. It’s a blessing! Speaking of jobs….
As if I didn’t have enough to keep myself busy with, a couple weeks ago we started repping the popular clothing brand, LuLaRoe. Specifically the Disney line. Oh my goodness. It’s been a whirlwind. Last Friday we did a live sale in our group, for the Disney Villains and Nightmare Before Christmas line. We had our friends over to help us keep things straight, and it’s a good thing we did. Oh wow…. the shoppers went head over heels for these awesome pieces, and we sold out that night. Amazing, we never expected it to do THAT well. We pretty much didn’t leave the house the rest of the weekend, doing invoices and packaging. It’s worth it though. We added more Villains tonight and I’m sure they’ll do well too!
