Disney is offering a special deal where annual passholders can purchase a one-day Park Hopper ticket for $79.
People can buy up to six tickets at the guest relations locations and ticket windows when they show their passholder cards and IDs, according to Disney’s promotion.
The $79 ticket ticket — which covers either a child or an adult — gives access to all four Walt Disney World parks, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Animal Kingdom, for one day. Normally, a non-Florida resident, could pay up to $174 for a similar adult Park Hopper ticket and up to $168 for a child’s.
The “bring a friend” offer runs out Sept. 30, which marks the end of the company’s fiscal year.
Disney offered a similar promotion last summer.
Earlier this month, the company disclosed its revenue jumped 12 percent to $4.9 billion in the third quarter.
The park opened Pandora – The World of Avatar in May but what drove the growth were international operations, such as Shanghai Disney Resort and Disneyland Paris.
In addition to the already announced Star Wars-themed land and and Toy Story Land coming to Hollywood Studios, Disney also revealed a slew of new rides that are in the works.
The “Tron” ride will be built in Orlando’s Magic Kingdom next to Space Mountain while Epcot will get a “Guardians of the Galaxy” and “Ratatouille”-themed rides.
Replacing the now closed Great Movie Ride in Hollywood Studios will be Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, a ride that creates 3-D effects without requiring the special glasses.
