Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival has so many great items to eat and drink, that it’s hard to decide what to sample first. Sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming when you look at the menus on the various food booths, at least it is for me! I thought I’d share with you a little treat I tried last weekend at the Poland booth, Frozen Szarlotka!
So what exactly IS Frozen Szarlotka? Well, it’s a little cup of apple goodness! Frozen Szarlotka, or Apple Pie, truly tastes like apple pie with a kick. On the bottom of the cup, is apple pie filling with vodka…. yes, vodka. The next layer is an apple flavored slush. To top things off is apple pie crust crumbles. It’s so good! Is it a dessert? Is it a cocktail? Well, it’s both! So the next time your making you’re way around World Showcase, stop by Poland and get yourself a “boozy apple pie drink” as I call it. You’ll be glad you did!
