The original version of Soarin’ which takes riders “over California” in a hang-glider is being replaced by the new “Soarin’ Around the World” on June 17 at Epcot and California Adventure. Many guests were sad to learn the original was closed in preparations of the new movies release. But today it was confirmed that starting May 27 guests can ride the original Soarin’ and take one last flight over California!
It was confirmed today that the original version will be available at California Adventure through June 15, and at Epcot through June 16. Epcot guests can reserve FP+ options for the original ride starting on May 21. “The classic Soarin’ film based on the popular Disney California Adventure park attraction, Soarin’ Over California, is a multi-sensory adventure with stunning views over California’s popular sites including the Golden Gate Bridge, Napa Valley and Yosemite National Park to name a few. “
