Today In Disney History ~ February 5th
Red Buttons was a composer, actor, singer, comedian and author. He wrote several popular songs , including “Strange Things Are Happening” and “The Ho-Ho Song”. He played Hoagy, Dr. Terminum’s assistant in Pete’s Dragon. Hoagy spent a good deal of time telling Dr. Terminus how to pronounce town names. For those that are fans of the stop motion “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer Film Series” Red also voiced Milton in “Rudolph and Frosty’s Christmas in July.”
