Most of you Disney regulars already know about this gem of a place to eat, but for those who don’t, let’s talk about Earl of Sandwich, located at Disney Springs, formerly the Downtown Disney Marketplace. Earl’s isn’t your ordinary, plain old sandwich shop, it’s so much better. The variety of sandwiches, roll ups, salads, soups and side dishes is really good. Sometimes in the evenings, the line looks really long, but it goes quickly. The awesome food is worth waiting for. Our favorite sandwiches are the Turkey Dinner sub, that actually has all the fixins for a turkey dinner on it (turkey, stuffing, gravy, cranberry, etc) and the Hawaiian Chicken, both are excellent! Oh, and did I mention desserts? Earl of Sandwich has my favorite brownie in town, it’s made with Ghiradelli chocolates and is amazing. They also have brownie bites, cookies, strawberry shortcake cups, pudding, fresh fruit just to name some of the big assortment. We always grab a dessert or two to take home for later!
If you’re visiting Downtown Disney earlier in the morning, you’re in luck, because Earl of Sandwich also serves breakfast. You can get an egg breakfast sandwich, bagels, omelettes with potatoes, yogurt, etc. Earl’s is great any time of the day. If you haven’t been to Earl of Sandwich at Disney Springs yet, put it on your list of things to do. If you have indeed been, then I’m sure you’re like me and could go for a sandwich or a brownie right about now! Once you try Earl’s, you’re almost certain to go back!
