Today In Disney History ~ October 25th
Usually our Today’s in History is about something directly Disney related, today it is a bit more TMSM Disney based..
One year ago today the first “Big” TMSM meetup was held at Epcot. Though several small gatherings had been held this was the first gathering where all or the majority of the site’s writers and admins were present. The event started at the Electric Umbrella for lunch then members used FastPass+ for Soarin, The Seas with Nemo, and Spaceship Earth. Members were encouraged to also “do their own thing” during the meetup which is why times for the group photo and FP+ were announced prior to the event as the staff didn’t want to take away from members time in the park. Those who couldn’t attend were encouraged to follow along on social media using the hashtag #TMSMmeetup, and to show their TMSM Disneyside too!
