Today In Disney History ~ July 9th
One of Our Dinosaurs is Missing is set in the early 1920s. It is about a dinosaur skeleton being stolen from the Natural History Museum. Chinese spies attempt to steal the dinosaur after Lord Southmere hides microfilm with the formula for “Lotus X” in it. A group of nannies who are helping Lord Southmere steal the truck the dinosaur is loaded in only to realize the wrong dinosaur has been stolen. Eventually the microfilm is found, and viewers learn Lotus X is actually a recipe to Wonton soup and Lord Southmere is a businessman.
