The goal was to highlight Jasmine’s bright eyes, which Eman does with turquoise eye shadow and dark liner. She also has a really cool highlighting technique for the inner eyelid that you’re going to want to try. The result is the perfect, dramatic eye look, fit for hanging with Raja in the palace or exploring Agrabah.
