In case you missed it, yesterday the trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron was “leaked” to the internet. We posted it on our sister site, TMSMGeek.com but wanted to share it here today for those that may have missed it.
When I saw that the trailer had leaked, I thought it wouldn’t be around long as I didn’t think it was suppose to be out. Watching the first one I did, it mentioned about coming in April 2015. Well Age of Ultron is set for May 2015 so I was wondering if maybe that was the UK trailer. It also said in Cinema’s and that again made me believe it was for the UK.
Marvel did go to twitter and posted this after the “leak”:
Once I saw this I realized they leaked it on purpose and then they posted it to their official Youtube channel. One the “official” trailer was released it’s updated with the release in May 2015.
After watching the trailer, about 10 times, all I could say was WOW. I’ve been waiting for this movie and it looks like it won’t disappoint. James Spader, the voice of Ultron, sounds perfect as the character and even the appearance of Ultron walking or moving, reminded me a lot of Spader’s character on the show The Blacklist.
Iron Man’s Hulkbuster looks great, but I really hate to see Hulk and Iron Man fighting it out. The biggest moment that got me was seeing Captain America’s Shield in half. In the first Captain America, we learn the Shield is made of the strongest metal anywhere and to see it broke makes my mind wander what could have done that.
Avengers: Age of Ultron, is the last film in Phase 2 of the Cinematic Universe. Part of me wonders if this could possibly be the film that lets the “bad guys’ win so that the hero’s could win in the end. Similar to The Empire Strikes Back in the Star Wars Universe.
I’m even more excited about the film now after the trailer, and I didn’t think that was possible. As more news comes out, we will try to post as much as we can here, but we will always have updates on TMSMGeek.com so please be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for updates for TMSMGeek.
