The Happiest place on Earth is celebrating 59 years on July 17, 2014. Join us in commemorating a magical kingdom where you can sail with pirates, explore exotic jungles, meet fairy-tale princesses, dive under the ocean, and rocket through the stars all in the same day. Opened in 1955, Walt Disney’s original theme park is divided into 8 extravagantly themed lands Main Street, U.S.A., Tomorrowland, Fantasyland, Mickey’s Toontown, Frontierland, Critter Country, New Orleans Square, and Adventureland.
Disney is releasing a limited edition pin to celebrate the occasion. Containing a hinged element, 2D metal sculpting and translucent fill, this pin will have an edition size of 1,500. Look for the pin at Disneyland® Resort locations starting July 17.
