Walt Disney Records recently announced The Legacy Collection, a new line that celebrates the milestone anniversaries of Disney classics, beginning with The Lion King on June 24! On top of having 30 minutes (!) of unreleased score, and liner notes from Don Hahn (producer on the film), The Legacy Collection: The Lion King also has original art created Lorelay Bové, a visual development artist at Walt Disney Animation Studios. We were lucky enough to get our hands on an unseen piece of Lorelay’s art for the album booklet:
