Disney Channel has just released the first cast photo for its upcoming Boy Meets World spin-off Girl Meets World, which premieres in a few months. In the photo, Cory and Topanga Matthews (Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel) pose with a group of kids, some theirs, some not.
The new show follows the story of Cory and Topanga’s daughter Riley (Rowan Blanchard, center) as she navigates through the ups and downs of middle school with her best friend Maya (Sabrina Carpenter, fourth from left). Peyton Meyer (far left) and Corey Fogelmanis (far right) play Lucas, Riley’s crush, and Farkle, a sometimes-nemesis. August Maturo plays the couple’s young son, Auggie.
Girl Meets World premieres this summer on the Disney Channel.
