A suspicious phone call forced evacuations of a few Magic Kingdom attractions Saturday night at the Walt Disney World Resort. From what we were hearing, Tomorrowland was evacuated, as well as part of Fantasyland.

The decision was made out of an abundance of caution. The evacuation lasted about two hours and the attractions have since reopened.

None of Walt Disney World’s theme parks closed and remained open through the investigation, which was conducted by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

The rumor mills are saying that someone called in a bomb threat, that there was a bomb inside Space Mountain.  Turned out to be NOT TRUE, no bombs, everything is FINE, don’t worry!  We had heard from a few sources and had some questions asked, so I wanted to let everyone know what the News Outlets are saying. Looks like it was just a nasty prank, and all is well at the Magic Kingdom!  If we hear more, I will be sure to let you know.  Thank you to TMSM Member Steven for the updates!
