Are you going to be in Walt Disney World to bring in 2014? Do you know what you ‘re going to do on the 31st to celebrate? Well, you may consider going to DisneyQuest to celebrate with Wreck-It-Ralph and Vanellope, Buzz Lightyear and Chip ‘n’ Dale.
If you are seeking a family-friendly New Year’s Eve party, this is a perfect option. The fun times are set to kick off at 8 p.m. on December 31, 2013, and lasts until 1 a.m. on New Year’s Day. Included in the admission you will be able to enjoy dinner, the five floors of virtual fun, dance the night and year away and don’t forget about the Disney characters to party with!
Michelle Homer, DisneyQuest Operations Manager, calls the event “a night of virtual awesomeness” and with unlimited video games, plus all the regular DisneyQuest attractions (except for Buzz Lightyear’s AstroBlaster, which will be converted into a dance floor), there’s something for everyone in the family to enjoy. The night will be one to remember for everyone. It’s wonderful that Disney is making this venue a place for families to take children of any age to bring in the New Year.
In the past this event usually sells out, so be sure to get your tickets early. Tickets are $55 in advance and $65 the day of the event (if available). You can get all the details in regards to the event here and tickets are now on sale here, or at the DisneyQuest Box Office or by calling 407-W-DISNEY.
If the DisneyQuest event doesn’t sound like something you are interested in, Downtown Disney will feature DJ dance parties and live entertainment in all three districts plus a variety of food and beverage offerings including unique menu items from the new Disney Food Trucks and cocktails, beer and wine throughout property.
