Another round of testing for the new MyMagic+ is scheduled to begin on August 2 for select guests staying at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House.
This group of testing will be the first time that ALL of the FASTPASS+ attractions will be available for trial, including parades and fireworks over the weekend. Guests will be able to select the Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade, Main Street Electrical Parade, Wishes, and Fantasmic! It’s a full test run!
Each guest participating in the testing will receive FASTPASS+ reservations but will be limited to 3 per day at a single park each day. MagicBands will of course be used. The testing for the new MyMagic+ is increasing, as time gets closer to when the new system will be made available to the general public. People that we know who have tried the MagicBands have loved them, and enjoy the convenience they provide. Those who haven’t tried the bands are still on the fence as to whether or not this new system will be something they’ll welcome. I’m not sure how I feel yet, but I do look forward to finding out more information. We will report more details and further testing dates when they become available.
