Cost is $4.49 (and counts as a snack on the Disney Dining Plan), and they’re only available at one spot – Refreshment Port, on the right side as you enter World Showcase. And this isn’t just a holiday sweet, Dahlmann says they’ll be on the menu indefinitely.
